Canvass with GCV for the Stop Cop City Referendum Campaign!

GCV is helping to collect petitions for the Stop Cop City Campaign, and we would love for you to join us for a canvass. The Stop Cop City Referendum campaign is an initiative to let the people of Atlanta decide what happens in their community.

The Atlanta City Council has approved tens of millions of dollars in funding to build a military-style training center for Atlanta Police that will tear down over 300 acres of land. This project is not keeping our community safe. Instead, this funding could be used for affordable housing initiatives, hospital construction and maintenance, after-school enrichment programs, and so much more.

We’re rallying our supporters like you to join the movement to defend our forest and invest in our communities by getting petitions to get the vote on ballots in November!
